Hi there,
I'm Chris Tondre, founder of Nu-Sound School of Music. When I was a young guitarist, I had an incredible guitar teacher named Gerald. Gerald wasn't just my music teacher; he quickly became a mentor, an encourager, and someone I aspired to be like when I grew up.
Gerald and his teaching inspired me so much that I went on to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston. There, I was introduced to so many new and inspiring teachers who became, and still are, the "Rock Stars" of my world.
From there, I built Nu-Sound School of Music to be the premier music school in the Spicewood area, known for our excellence in teaching, our innovative programs, and our commitment to the community. Students come to experience what it's like to learn in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
I believe that learning positive hobbies with positive role models is one of the most beneficial things a young person can do to improve their future.
My life would be radically different if my mother didn't drive me to all those music lessons... even on the weeks I hadn't practiced, and she may have questioned the cost.
Thanks for taking the time to check out our website and classes! Let's learn to make a new sound together!
Chris
